I began my career working in development of mental health guidelines for NICE. I later moved to the University of York, where I continued my interest in evidence based decision-making and mental health research. Most of my time is spent between working on the NICE Technology Assessment Review (TAR) programme and the Cochrane Common Mental Disorders group, where I’m a deputy coordinating editor.
