Antigone is a HCPC Registered Counselling Psychologist, who has been working for Mindler UK, an online therapy platform, for the past two years, in various roles. These include offering online therapy, acting as Mindler Academy Headmaster and organising lectures for her colleagues, writing content for marketing and more recently acting as a Team Lead. Antigone has previous experience working in various mental health charities in the UK as well as outpatient Eating Disorder Services in the NHS and throughout her training worked with children, adolescents, and adults, although her post training work is mostly with adults. During her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology her research focused on Orthorexia Nervosa, the unhealthy obsession with healthy eating, and its potential link to social media use and her research interests include the use of online psychotherapy.
