I finished my Psychology MA at the University of Edinburgh in 2016 and went globetrotting for a little while. Upon returning to Edinburgh in 2017, I started working at the Edinburgh Crisis Centre as a Recovery Worker, supporting those who were in a mental health crisis. I completed my counselling skills certificate in 2019 and started the Mental Health Studies MSc at King’s College London, where I am currently working on my dissertation looking at the relationship between transdiagnostic processes and mental health symptomatology following trauma in those with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). After completing the MSc, I am planning to continue working in mental health.
