Molly is currently a PhD student at the School of Psychology, Faculty of Health at Liverpool John Moores University. Her PhD explores emergency department attendance, coding practices, and staff decision-making for people presenting in suicidal crisis. Molly holds a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Forensic Psychology and Mental Health from the University of Manchester. Molly's research interests include suicide and self-harm, emergency departments, staff attitudes and/or confidence when it comes to suicidal presentations.
