Judith is the editor in the Evidence Based Practice Unit, a collaboration between the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families and UCL Faculty of Brain Sciences. She has worked at the Tavistock as an assistant psychologist in both adult and children’s services and, prior to that, worked for several years in book publishing and for a literacy charity, promoting reading in libraries, prisons and schools. She has a particular interest in how reading and reading groups can improve wellbeing, and has run therapeutic readings groups for mental health service users.
