Dr Ellie Brown is a Research Fellow and Counselling Psychologist at Orygen and the Centre for Youth Mental Health at The University of Melbourne. She has worked with people with mental ill-health across the age span in a clinical and research capacity for over 15 years, in the UK, Qatar, and Australia. Her research involves utilising mental health service outcome data to improve the mental health services. She has a current focus on ensuring services meet the holistic physical, sexual and mental health needs of young people as well as establishing how peer work can best be delivered within multidisciplinary teams.
