Matthew Bennion is a PhD student at University of Sheffield studying the usability and acceptability of conversational agents for mental health with older adults. Matthew has over 10 years experience designing and developing systems for both public (NHS) and private sector organisations. His knowledge and experience is multidisciplinary and spans Psychology, Computer Science and Health Informatics. He has worked as part of NHS England's Digital Innovation and Adoption in Psychological Therapies Expert Reference Group (D-IAPT ERG), he is a member of the British Computing Society (BCS), a qualified Chartered Engineer (CEng) and holds an MSc in Advance Computing from Staffordshire University.
