Zephyr is currently an MSc student in Mental Health Studies at King's College London. Her research interests include positive psychology, mental health conditions and novel treatment interventions, mental health and nutrition, qualitative studies delving into personal experiences, educational psychology, student wellbeing, child, adolescent and young adult psychology and mindfulness. Zephyr's current research project is looking to evaluate different ways of integrating student wellbeing into the university curriculum and their effect on student mental wellbeing. She also has lived experience with mental health difficulties and bereavement.
