Sofiia is a BSc Psychology student at the University of Bath. Sofiia is particularly interested in psychological interventions (e.g., CBT, mindfulness), mental health difficulties such as OCD, or student mental wellbeing (i.e., impostor syndrome, procrastination, and transition to university). Lastly, she would also be interested in writing about the impacts of war in Ukraine on the mental health of the Ukrainian population.
