I'm an MSc Clinical Psychology student at the University of Kent, with BSc in Psychology from the University of Bath. My current research interests lie in developing psychological interventions for people affected by neurodegenerative diseases. I'm also interested in understanding the needs and lived experiences of people with Parkinson's and their spouses/carers, and how these change over time. More widely, I'm interested in the aetiology of BPD and how to best adapt psychological interventions to the unique individual experiences across various mental health problems. I'm particularly intrigued by the role of cognitive appraisals and one's perceptions of the outside world in wellbeing. Outside academic work, I enjoy reading reflective fiction, playing badminton, and cooking, especially Ukrainian comfort food.
