Tiago Zortea is a postdoctoral researcher at the Suicidal Behaviour Research Lab, University of Glasgow. His research interests are in the psychological processes of suicidal behaviour, contextual suicidology, and evidence-based treatment for suicidal thoughts and behaviours. He completed his PhD at the University of Glasgow (2019) looking at attachment as a diathesis for suicide risk. He is a co-founder and member of the editorial team of netECR, the International Network of Early Career Researchers in Suicide and Self-harm.
