She is currently working on the UNITE project, which investigates how loneliness develops in young people from socio-economically marginalised backgrounds using a multi-method, co-produced approach. Lauren’s research interests include youth loneliness, the impact of social inequality on mental health, and anxiety disorders in children and adolescents.
