Alison Clarke has been a Research Assistant on the suicide prevention research team at Orygen, in Melbourne, Australia since 2018 and is due to commence Clinical Psychology training at University College Cork in Ireland in September 2021. Alison has worked across numerous youth suicide prevention projects, playing a leading or coordinating role in systematic reviews, Cochrane reviews, Delphi studies, and intervention studies. Alison completed her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Psychological Science at University College Dublin (UCD). Previously, she worked as a Research Assistant in UCD evaluating a reflexology intervention with children and adolescents with cancer at a national childrens’ hospital in Ireland. Alison also worked as an Assistant Psychologist across a number of clinical settings; adult mental health, child and adolescent mental health, neurodevelopmental disorders and addiction.
