Jennifer is currently working as an Assistant Psychologist in Learning Disabilities Service CAMHS Wirral and she is an aspiring clinical psychologist. She has a BSc in Psychology from Edge Hill University, a postgraduate certificate in Research Methods in Psychology from the University of Liverpool, and PhD in experience dependent sensorimotor functioning in adults with severe autism from Liverpool John Moores University. Jennifer is a spoonie, i.e., she lives with chronic pain due to hyper-mobility and hip dysplasia. Her interests include neurological and intellectual disabilities, young people and mental health, carers, and chronic pain/illness.
