Sophia has obtained her undergraduate medical qualification MBBS in 2001 from Dr.MGR Medical University in Chennai, India. She has wealth and breadth of experience in psychiatry in the UK, gaining her MRCPsych in 2009 and approved clinician status in 2017. Sophia is currently employed as SAS Dr in Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Trust. She is interested in clinical and patient education, quality improvement research, and audits towards service development, but also community and inpatient general adult psychiatry and psychotherapies, mental health act detention and improving culture and service provision.
