Caroline Norrie is a Research Fellow in the NIHR Health and Social Care Workforce Research Unit (HSCWRU), at the Policy Institute at King’s College London. Since joining the HSCWRU in 2013, Caroline’s research has focused on the adult social care workforce, older people, care homes, adult safeguarding and gambling-related harm. Her recent studies include those of personal assistants and personal health budgets; handovers in care homes; and health and social care recruitment initiatives.
