Alison Osborne

Alison is a Senior Research Assistant at Northumbria University in the Northern Hub for Veterans and Military Families Research, where her research has focussed on the health and well-being of the Armed Forces Community, occupation-related family separation, identity, loneliness, and family bereavement. Recently, Alison completed a PhD exploring the psycho-social impact of intermittent separation on geographically dispersed military families. Before this, Alison completed a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and MRes in Psychology at Northumbria University.
