Oladayo is a Clinical academic- Registered Nurse (Mental Health), Research & Effectiveness Lead at Mersey Care NHS FT, Liverpool, and a Senior Lecturer (Mental Health Nursing). He holds an interest in the process of professional socialisation in nursing and nurse education. Oladayo is an applied health researcher with keen interests in examining Mental Health Care pathways across the lifespan, with a specific focus on understanding the influence of culture on caregiving process and reducing health inequalities. Oladayo is passionate about increasing research capability and capacity for Nurses, Midwives and Allied Healthcare Professionals (NMAHPs), enabling knowledge mobilisation from clinical practice to clinical development and research implementation.
