Haridha Pandian is a fourth year medical student at King’s College London. In her third year, she graduated with an intercalated BSc (Hons) degree in Physiology and Basic Medical Sciences. She is currently the President of KCL Psychiatry Society, a group working to raise the profile of mental illness and psychiatry amongst all medical students. Haridha has interests in global mental health, medical education, including improving recruitment into psychiatry, and the interface between physical and mental healthcare. In the future, she hopes to pursue a career in Liaison Psychiatry and join the ranks of her many inspirational role models at King’s and the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IOPPN).
