Tiffany Hainsley is an MSc Mental Health Studies student and an aspiring CAMHS Clinical Psychologist. Driven by a deep commitment to advocating for marginalised communities, her current research explores how ethnicity influences the relationship between ADHD, autism, and trauma, aiming to bring a critical lens to neurodevelopmental frameworks. Alongside her studies, she has a strong foundation in frontline crisis support and active listening, with a particular interest in how effective clinical triage can create more accessible care pathways for young people. She also supports mental health research as an Honorary Research Assistant, focusing on the integration of evidence-based practice and ethical data management.
