Kelly is a registered mental health nurse who has worked in a variety of clinician and management roles. Her clinical experience includes crisis resolution/home intensive treatment, acute and specialist inpatient services, and forensic settings. Prior to crisis resolution Kelly worked as a clinical lead and was part of a management team which opened a brand new forensic low secure service for women in York. She has endeavoured to advocate therapeutic groups and activity, involving people with a lived experience in service development and working psychologically.
