Chris works for Mental Health Foundation, the leading charity for mental health prevention. After a decade working on Scottish and EU policy, campaigns and research he has recently taken on a new challenge building their workplace mental health programme UK wide. He has a particular interest in digital technology and mental health/distress, and in mindfulness practice. He is proud to use his own personal experience of mental ill health to inform his work.
