Chris works for Mental Health Foundation, the leading charity for mental health prevention. After a decade working on Scottish and EU policy, campaigns and research he has recently taken on a new challenge building their workplace mental health programme UK wide. He has a particular interest in digital technology and mental health/distress, and in mindfulness practice. He is proud to use his own personal experience of mental ill health to inform his work. Social justice in mental health is what gets him going. In his own time he tweets on co-production, technology and mental health.
