Bethan is a Research Fellow based in the NIHR MindTech HTC group at the University of Nottingham. She completed her MSc in Health Psychology and PhD looking at how online resources can assist mental health literacy in young people, both from the University of Nottingham. Her research interests relate to mental health-related help-seeking and helping behaviours, children and young people’s mental health, and how digital technologies can support mental health and mental wellbeing.
