Farhana Mann publishes her debut blog on an international analysis of psychotic experiences in the general population, which found a mean lifetime prevalence of having a psychotic experience was 5.8%.

Are people who use tobacco, alcohol and cannabis more likely to experience delusional-like experiences?

Delusional-like experiences (DLE) are quite common in the general population with a median prevalence of around 3.5% (ref 2).
