Yunyi is currently a Master's student in Mental Health Studies at King's College London and has obtained a BSc in Applied Psychology. She has worked as a trainee counsellor in a school counselling centre and conducted counselling predominantly with a psychodynamic orientation. Her research interests focus on Internet gaming disorder and its interventions, particularly in the context of depression, anxiety, and ADHD. She is also interested in post-disaster mental health and post-disaster psychosocial interventions. She favours quantitative methods and has some experience with mixed methods. Yunyi is also interested in psychodynamic therapy, NHS psychotherapy services, people with serious mental health problems, and naturalistic study designs.
