Dr Ahmed is currently in a substantive consultant post with Kingston Older People’s Community Mental Health Team. This also incorporates the local memory service. She gained her CCT in January 2018 after having completed her training with South West London & St George’s Mental Health Trust. Dr Ahmed is dual trained in General Adult and Old Age Psychiatry. She is also working as a consultant less than full time.  Prior to her core training in psychiatry, Dr Ahmed was a core trainee in Acute Care Common Stem. Outside of work, she is mummy to a 6 year old boy and enjoys reading.
