Bec is a postdoctoral researcher within the Centre of Research Excellence in Bipolar Disorder (CORE-BD) teams at Monash University, Swinburne University, and the University of Sydney. Bec brings a research background focused on circadian rhythms, light, and psychiatric medication for the treatment of mood disorders, such as bipolar disorder and depression. Bec is also interested in early intervention, predicting mood episodes, and improving the lives of people experiencing mental illness.
For the first time, people with lived experience, carers and clinicians have identified the top 10 research priorities for body clocks and mental health.
