Nicola is a Clinical Psychologist at Navigo Health and Social Care CIC, a not-for-profit social enterprise in North East Lincolnshire who are NHS commissioned. Her clinical post is in Complex Mental Health Rehabilitation but she also offers organisation-wide training and supervision around suicidality and life-threatening behaviour. Nicola is passionate about attachment-informed care and how therapy can be used to build more secure foundations for individuals to progress their lives in ways meaningful to them. Her research has predominantly focused on trauma and psychosis, along with clinician experiences of working with suicidality.
