I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Youth Mental Health & Technology Team at the Brain and Mind Centre, University of Sydney. My research focuses on the role of circadian rhythms and sleep-wake cycles in youth mental health, with a particular interest in their links to inflammatory and metabolic markers. I bring interdisciplinary expertise in sleep research, physiological measurements, and mental health, aiming to inform targeted circadian and sleep-based interventions. My PhD research focused on sleep and thermoregulation. I have also contributed to dementia-related research in older populations, including healthcare service projects and the update of WHO mental health guidelines for dementia care.
