I am a highly motivated mental health clinician currently on a working overseas in Australia, picking up short-term mental health contracts. Previously worked in New Zealand (CMHT) and started my career in the NHS. I focus on person-centred approaches to empower adults who live with a range of complex mental health issues so that they can manage their wellbeing independently. Previous roles have mainly been with ‘recovery’ model community teams, with an emphasis on a holistic or social lens to intervention. I have experience with structured clinical management in the UK, along with CBT, DBT, mindfulness and breathwork. I completed a course in psychedelic-assisted therapies, and growing passion with the role of healing mental illness through non-ordinary (or altered) states of consciousness.
