I am currently working as a Research Assistant at the University of Nottingham (MindTech), where I support research that uses digital technology to transform young people’s mental health and wellbeing. I completed an MSc in Mental Health: Research and Practice with Distinction in September 2023, where I gained knowledge and skills in various topics and methods related to mental health.
