I am a research assistant at the University of Oxford with a strong interest in body-focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs), adolescent mental health, and emotional wellbeing. My master’s research last year explored the role of shame in young people with trichotillomania, combining quantitative and qualitative methods to understand both symptom relationships and lived experience. I have worked as a mental health support worker in a primary school and as a research assistant at Harvard University’s Spelke Laboratory. I’m passionate about translating psychological research into accessible, compassionate conversations about mental health.
