Karen Machin is an independent researcher who works from a perspective of lived experience with various University research teams. Her own research work focusses on peer support and she has a specific interest in digital technologies. She is a co-director of the Survivor Researcher Network CIC which offers mentorship, training and consultancy related to lived experience research. She is also a co-director of With-you Consultancy Ltd, which delivers training related to peer support.
