Dr. Jo Anderson is a Senior Research Associate at the University of Cambridge Department of Psychiatry and an NIHR Fellow. She has a background in clinical psychology and child and adolescent neuropsychology. As a mixed-method researcher, she specialises in the development, evaluation, and implementation of complex interventions. Her current work focuses on child and adolescent mental health, with a particular interest in school-based mental health initiatives, and the impact of school environment on young people’s mental health, attainment and attendance. Several of Jo's projects involve the use of public health data and data linkage. In her work she utilises new technologies to deliver personalised, adaptive interventions designed to enhance mental health and improve access to care.
