With a background in psychology at the University of York and MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, his main research interests lie at the intersection of his backgrounds. After multiple years of strength & conditioning coaching with various populations, Jake works as a Research Assistant at the UCL Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience investigating physical activity and depression, aiming to aid in the development of effective exercise-based protocols for mental health.
