Izah (they/them) is an MSc student on Global Mental Health at the University of Glasgow. Izah is interested in a wide range of mental health topics, but finds social determinants of mental health the most fascinating at the present moment. Izah is the co-founder of an LGBTQ+ community events group and, outside of their degree, they run LGBTQ+ community events like craft days, gigs and writing workshops. Izah's research interests include but not limited to autism, learning disabilities, transgender and non-binary topics and social determinants of mental health, global health.
