Elena works to improve the lives of people who experience mental health difficulties. At IAPT in the NHS, Elena's role is Community Outreach Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, specialised in working in the context of long-term health conditions. Her aim is to reduce health inequality and improve access to healthcare for stigmatised or marginalised groups within our wonderfully diverse society. Elena holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Kent and an MSc in Clinical Mental Health Sciences from UCL. Her interests include community psychology; trauma-informed care; service user voices in research and service development.
