I am a dietitian and PhD student within the School of Translational Medicine at Monash University. My research interest lies in exploring the connection between diet and mental health. I have clinical experience working with patients with mental disorders and hold an MRes in Clinical Research (Human Nutrition) with experience in dietary clinical trials. My PhD work focuses on investigating the impact of traditional diets on depression, in particular through a randomised controlled feeding trial in people living with major depressive disorder, which I am currently leading.
