Anji Mehta is Finance and Impact Manager within the NIHR School for Social Care Research, and Manager of the Personal Social Services Research Unit at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Over the last six years, Anji has been working on studies exploring knowledge exchange and impact for adult social care research, implementation of research, engagement of practice and policy in research processes, and the types and use of knowledge in decision-making in social care practice. She is interested in how research, policy and practice work together to develop, carry out and implement research to improve policy and practice for adult social care.
