Matthew Kube-Clare is a trainee psychiatrist at Oxleas NHS trust. He has worked in a variety of settings including psychosis, affective and personality disorders, dementia and learning disabilities. He is enthusiastic about medical education, regularly presenting to medical students and nursing colleagues. He is equally enthusiastic about what used to be called "information technology" when he was young, and how it can support lifelong learning.
Matthew Kube-Clare reviews a recent meta-analysis on the impact of Problematic Internet Usage on different domains of cognition. The review concluded that Problematic Internet Use was associated with significant cognitive impairment.
